Have a Healthy "Snack Attack"

The September issue of Today’s Dietitian says that “mindful munching between meals can help control cravings and promote portion control.”  The magazine goes on to interview Julie Whittington, M.S, who suggests snacking on items like natural fruit leathers and trail mix, that have a good balance of “carbohydrates, protein, and fat.”  The article also includes a variety of healthy snacks that can help curb your appetite, including Stretch Island Fruit Strips and FruitaBü Fruit Rolls!
