The Chicago Tribune highlights different healthy snack foods mentioning that “Stretch Island Fruit Co.'s all-natural fruit strips do exactly what you want from a good fruit leather — they take a fruit you enjoy (we tried Harvest Grape and Orchard Cherry) and smash it down into a thin slab of condensed, chewy fun with a shelf life way longer than the produce from whence they came.” See the full article here.
